BSG Resources (Guinea) Limited believes that it is important to focus on sustainable development. The company is looking to integrate economic and social development, whilst considering the environment, with its strategic planning and decision making processes.
The company believes that a vital part of this integration is its on-going communication with national and provincial government decision makers, and with local representatives of the communities in which it operates.
The company will, as far as is reasonably possible, through training and education elevate the skills levels of our employees and stimulate entrepreneurship and creativity amongst the community with the purpose to uplift the local economy.

BSGR currently employs over 500 personnel of which 10% is expatriate.
